Default Help with the viewing of online videos...

I have both Real Player and Windows Media Player. On some videos everything works...on a lot of others I get a big green background, the actors, letters, basically the movie is composed of really pixily red and orange "pixils" for lack of any other way to describe it. It's like the video is inverted maybe or something. Anybody have this problem? I have an ATI 9600 vid. card that I just purchased a few months ago. Everything (games, computer apps, etc) all work ok accept for some videos that I want to watch. For example, I downloaded a movie from movielink and it will play, but with the results mentioned above. Thank you all for your help!
