Default "Format" (set-up) disc for Segate hard drive

greetings,

....as with western digital and maxtor, they have their versions of set-up discs when installing a hard drive. their disc utility does the setup and formatting, etc....does seagate have one of their own and where could i download it?...will it fit on a flopy disc (like maxtor) as opposed to a cd r0m?
