Exclamation Help...disabled Video Adapter

I can't explain why I did it, but I disabled my video adapter. Now when I go to settings, all that is there is my default monitor and it is unchangeable. I didn't delete or uninstall anything, i just simply disabled it not thinking. It was a NVidia Radeon 7500 for my laptop, and i desperately need it... any help at all would be greatly appreciated...
