Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0 Question

Hello all.

I've recently purchased an x1950 for my computer and upon installing the drivers for it I had a prompt informing me that the drivers require version 2.0 at minimum for my .Net Framework in order for my graphics drivers to work sufficiently. I was just wondering if Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0 is adequate enough? I'm guessing, like all software, that the latest release is the better release to use?

Some programs require .net 1.1 and some 2.0. I have both enstances installed on my computer. You'll have to download and install if it gave you the error.
