Default Office Max is giving me until the end of the day

Okay... The guy wants me to make a decision today. I purchased the Toshiba A135-S4467 from office max during their friends and family deal for $699. It has been back ordered and is discontinued. Therefore, they are trying to find me a new computer. I need to know if the HP they are replacing it with is a better notebook or equivalent.

Toshiba spec link: A135-S4467 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000M90I56/...m&linkCode=as1

HP Spec link: http://www.pricerunner.com/pi/27-904...S-Product-Info

The store closes in a few hours. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

the HP is ever so marginally better, but its minimal, there is almost nothing in it, but yes the HP is better.
