is there an issue with itunes and windows 64 bits?

I have some problems with itunes and with nero everytime itunes says that I need to install again the application because the registry keys to burn music are missing and then I run the repair tool and the issue is solved but once I reboot my computer nero gets the same exact error and thus I am not able to use both applications or have them installed together,
Is there any issue with windows 64 bits and itunes 7.0 or actually any version of itunes?

im using itunes 7.1.1.5 and im not havig any problems
