Laptop heating up...

alright so i have a friend who has a 4-5 year old toshiba laptop and my friend says that compared to like 3 to 4 months ago...its really hot...apparently the fans still work...and that the only thing my friends doing is quizalla (internet explorer) and msn and says that the keyboards are hot and that norton antivirus shuts down most of the time wen they try to scan and stuff....

i don't no if anyone can help them...i havent seen it myself so i'm still kinda confused...does any of this info help anyone at all? thanks

You might try getting some canned air and making sure the vents and other openings are clear. Sometimes that helps...
