Default ALiveNF6G-VSTA ASROCK Mobo Help

Hi,

I have the above motherboard that went a bit wrong with a bios flash - basically the machine gave me BSOD halfway though the update so its buggered the board and it does not boot up anymore.

Is there anyway to repair the board using a USB Memory stick to try and reflash the bios somehow?

Of is the board just one big coaster now?

Thanks

Hate to say this but you only get one shot at flashing a MOBO and if anything goes wrong, you're F*cked. learned that the hard way
