Cool what slot

i'm building a new comp from scratch and i wanna know what vid slot to get. i'm not planning on upgrading too incredibly much maybe not at all.

If i get an AGP i'll go with
MSI K8N Neo2 Plat
paired with
a 256 6800GT of some sort

If I get PCIE i'll go with
MSI K8N Neo4 Plat
paired with
a 256 6600 of some sort

depending on the amount of $$ i have in my budget i might be forced to go PCIE and the cheaper card, what do you guys think?
