If you can't get clearer pics of the label, it might help if you posted the key specs (i.e. amperage ratings on each rail), as well as the UL Number (the number underneath the backtofront UR).

came out of Gateway , i dont know what kind it was but it works. we got it from here

All I see is a small square, but in that link I see a small square on top of a small power supply.
