Post Chinese characters

I had a problem a few days ago because I couldn't view Japanese characters - which has now been solved.

Now, I would also like to view some Simplified Chinese pages, so where can I download the font from?

You needn't to download a font file to display Chinese/Japanese characters.
You can do like this:
1. Click "view"-> "Encoding"->"More"->"Chinese Simplified(GB2312)" to display Chinese characters correctly in IE.

2. Using "Regional and Language Options" in the "Control Panel" to add a new language(Chinese Simplified), then you can display Chinese characters in all programmes in Windows.

(Your Windows should be Win2000 or above)

It prompts me for the Windows CD, but I don't have it here, so I think I do need to download the fonts.

the filename of SongTi is simsun.ttf
the filename of HeiTi is simhei.ttf

search it....on your computer and on the internet

copy it to "%systemroot%\fonts\"

then restart your computer.
