Unhappy vid card and mobo compatibility?

well pretty much i want to get a dual core 3.2ghz and it fsb runs 800mhz but most boards i want support 1066mhz so i was wondering would that stop me from getting a board that only has 1066 or does it matter?

oh and also would this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16813130082

go with this vid card: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16814150189

The processor and motherboard would work together. Newegg, however, is down, so I can't check the rest.
