Default what monitor would you choose and why?

hey,

i was just wondering what monitor everyone would go with and y they would go with one over the other. your choices are

deff the Acer. its 12MS response and 450:1. i would NEVER buy a 19"LCD for under $300...seems way to cheap.

yeah the acer is lookin better to me, the thing thats leaning me that way is the 12 ms response time

Neither. they are both too dim. And neither have 8ms response

yeah that would have been my answer because i only trust CRT, but he asked which of the two you would pick

*hint* dont buy and LCD monitor, thier shit.....

Depends on how picky you are and what you'll be using it for. The "superfast 16 ms repsonse time" (LOL ) for the Sceptre is unacceptable for gaming, but it is bigger and has a higher contrast ratio. My suggestion would be to try to find those models on display somewhere and see how they look.

A CRT vs LCD war again! Anyway I would choose the Acer. It's decent enough! You do not need a CRT . As with the brightness...I think that the LCDs are bright enough!
