You are running
PartyPoker; The program is a privacy and possible security risk, and I recommend you optionally uninstall it. If you chose to do so, go to
Start >
Control Panel >
Add or Remove Programs. If any of the following appear, click on them and click
Remove:
- PartyPoker
- PartyCasino
- PartyGaming
If you chose to do so, please also delete the following folder:
- C:\Program Files\PartyGaming
Please run HijackThis and choose
Do a system scan only.
Place a check next to the following entries:
If you chose to remove PartyPoker, also check the following entries:

- O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\RunApp.exe (file missing)
Please close all open windows except for HijackThis and choose

Your Java Runtime Environment is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update:
Updating Java:- Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on the Software icon > Add or Remove Programs.
- Search in the list for all previous installed versions of Java. (J2SE Runtime Environment.... )
It should have next icon next to it: 
Select it and click Remove.
- Then Download and install the newest version from here:
Once done, please reboot and post a new HijackThis log.
