Mouse and file problem win xp pro

Hi all. I have a 2 problems
1: that every time i right click my mouse on a folder to view the options it somehow takes so much time to open it, i don't know what happened?

2: If i am moving file from one folder to another its ok, but when i move another file or folder to folder at the same time my mouse tarting to move very slow. why?

What are the specs on your computer like what operating system how much ram what processor...

I have windows xp media center. intel duo and 1gb ram
