If you want to try the original enlightenment distro it is called Elive and you can download it for free via linuxtracker.org gOS looks quite a bit dumbed down for linux noobies which is good for its purpose but overall for intermediate/advanced user pretty useless.
Edit: Asus also brings linux to the mainstream with Xandros and the eee PC!
