Default Slow Start Up

Well, for some reason my laptop has started to run really slow in the past day. I have 1G of RAM. I have a Dell 9300 Inspiron on Windows XP. It's a Pentium M Processor 2.00 GHz. I have Norton Internet Security and I haven't found any viruses yet. What's weird is that the system runs pretty smooth on the internet, but opening other systems is really slow. It takes like 5 minutes for the system to start up. What could be the problem. The harddrive which is 80G isn't completely full, but it only has 30G left. I just did a Disk clean-up and I'm about to do a defragmentor. Does anyone have any ideas? Attached is the list of running processes. I'm really computer illiterate, so I know I did something stupid like download a worm or some program that's destroying my system. So anyone?

Well the disk cleanup stopped, but it's still running really slow. I can't play any music or video clips because it just keeps playing and stopping repeatedly. Also, when I tried to do the disk defragment it said that
OLEACC.dll was missing. Does anyone know what this is?

Go start>run>'msconfig'>startup

Start unchecking anything that you don't need to have run when the computer starts up. That should free up some RAM and CPU power.
