View Single Post - Windows licensing- will I be able to reinstall with this version?

I'm thinking of buying that version of windows vista. Say I install it, then buy a new hard drive. Would I be able to reinstall it on that? What if my computer is having issues and I want to reinstall, would I be able to do that?

BTW, I posted a link to PCClub because they're pretty cheap right now and I have a 10 dollar coupon.
