Neither,They are both crap and use too much system resources.

if your looking for a good internet security suite,Then give Zonealarm security suite a try or i found F-Secure security suite to be quite good.

Both of them you can download a trial version from their website

AVAST is a good AV and also has comprehensive utilities to manage internet traffic, p2p sharing, IM, and email, etc..

http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

http://www.avast.com/files/tutorials/insert_key.htm

You will have to provide information and they will email you a registration code that lasts one year, it is no scam, and you will receive no spam.

I have used it and it has caught trojans and uses a limited amount of system resources.

Don't use Norton or Mcafee. It slows down your computer and not good at detecting virus/adware/spyware (From my own experience).

For a good antivirus, I recommend Nod32 or Avast. I personally think Nod32 is better. But Avast is good too and free for home use.

Currently I don't have antispyware and I only use windows firewall.

Avast is awesome...i found it to be much better than AVG,AVG did not detect some things on my that Avasts real time protection did.
