Issue With Soundcard ?

I am experincing a problem with my speakers. I am only hearing sound coming out of the left speaker and not the right my computer has a built in sound card and i am thinking that the sound card is the problem. I tryed another set of speakers and it was only coming out of the Left one aswell I am not sure i was hoping you guys could help me

Go order/buy a "cheapo" sound card or find one and try it out, maybe you have a bad setting in a sound controller program.
