Question My website

Just trying to get my site up and when i try and access my ftp server from the email i recieved when i bought my hosting.

so i click the link and i get this message...

Who is your web host? and what software are you using to connect?

If the problem continues contact your host, see what they have to say about it, also make sure that you are using the ftp protocol (ftp://mywebsite.com)

my webhost is registron.co.uk well thats who i bought my hosting off. im using dreamweaver and ive done my ftp thing i still cant sort it. really new to it and its taking ages to solve.
