I am in charge for finding a program that can limit two public computers.
The two computers at the building I am in, are abused, I volenteered to find a program that can limit...

Amount of pages printed.
We're using NetNanny for inappropriate sites.

Is there a program thats the best that does a lot more then what I listed, Lol.

Child Control 2007 can limit PC and internet times per week, day, month, etc. It can also disable programs from running, only allow certain programs for a certain time period, and disable access to system apps.
