Never heard of it, I,ve RMA quite a few things to newegg and never got charged for a 7 dollar RMA label. They have a 15% restocking fee if you return something if you just decided you dont want it!

Restocking fee? I helped one of my biz clients send back 2 ext. HDD's, a monitor, a router, and an access point. I heard nothing of restocking fee, it was a "straight-up" return. Of course it was over the phone.
