is this a good 3dmark 06 score

I got 3393 on 3dmark 06 using the rig below. How does this compare to other similar systems?

could it be a problem with vista? 3300 seems way too low. When i went to submit my scores online it said that I was not using futuremark approved drivers even though I got my drivers straight from nvidia.
