Angry Yay! problems!

O.K. When I go to Tools>Internet Options>Security>Internet>Custom Setting and I reset it to medium-low. After, when I got to check it, it's back at High. What's going on?!?

The second thing is that there is no animations and no images sometimes. Apparantly I need Macromedia Flash player 7. But when I go to download it, it never says "do you want to instal...."

Help!

Shockwave
and click on download now. This should download the installer, which you can run after it had downloaded.
As for internet settings, do you have any security software, such as Norton or McAfee that would interfere?.
