hi all im new to the forum just like to say hi looks like some good work has gone on here...
this might sound like a stupid question but are all modems just modems ..i mean ive got a pipex 8mb broadband connection with a really crap modem. i use to be on bt i still have the modem from the bt connection would it work for my pipex connection.. thanks in advance peeps |

It should work, they're both ADSL connections. (I assume it's broadband)

yeah it's broadband 8mb with a speedtouch 330 modem the one im trying to install is a bt voyager 220v adsl voice router. it tells me its connected but when i try to open IE7 it dont let me view anything all drivers are installedand all devices are working properly any other help would be much appreciated |
