I am building a fsbo site for work, its going to be very similar to this site

That site was bought from a design company, no i was wondering how hard that would be to do on my own by,

I was thinking about getting the top hosting at eastendhosting.com

what types of applications will this site im building need?

I need it to be able to take home info from users and post it on the front page with a picture, is this going to take code writiing from my end?

I will also pay for somebody willing to help me build!
