Default getting a gamepad for pc

hi all,
i had a saitek p2500 and ive had it years now and today my digital pad broke off im deciding to get this one:

if i get this one will the same thing happen to my old gamepad or is this one better made

well it depends on how well you treat it it could depend on how long you had the pad, how much it cost etc...

oh btw, if you have a PS2 or xbox or something, you could just buy an adaptor off of ebay for about £1. you dont have to, but its much easier, and imo it will give you the chance to use a better quality controller for cheaper . but its all up to you in the end

Buy an XBox 360 controller, it plugs into your USB port.

I just got a ps2 controller adapter as Dropkickmurphys said. £3 delivered from hong kong and works great.

That's the best way mate, i have two ps2 controllers that plug into my computer. The box only cost me a few quid and for that price you can't go wrong.
