What is PayPal and how do i use it?

hey guys! i know that PayPal is for paying on internet but is it a program or something, and how do i have an account to pay....

Its like a hotmail account, very easy to use...you just sign up, and then you add your credit care/Bank info and you can make to/and recieve payments from other PP users.....www.paypal.com
