AVG http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Vir...-10320142.html
Avast!
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Pfffft! Go with AVG, it loads up in about... Hmm 0.00013 seconds

It's great too and really, really easy to use. Finds things that Nortan couldn't.

Wasn't the OP looking for Anti-Spyware???
and you guys are suggesting Anti-Virus....

Anyway, for Anti-Spyware you can use these:
AVG Anti-Spyware: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/avg-anti.../lng/us/tpl/v5
Spyware Terminator: http://www.spywareterminator.com/dnl/landing.aspx
Ad-Aware: http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html
Spybot Search&Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

EDIT: you can use more than one of these tools.

There you go.
