Hey guys...
My computer was bothering me...running horribly. It's in bad shape I know but I figure a windows reinstall couldnt hurt. backed everything up, did a full format of the partition and installed XP onto that. btw..its a Dell Lattitude C840 with an internal wireless card. When XP starts...the wireless card goes crazy. It's enabled one second, then disabled the next. Literally its changing every second (I can tell because I keep getting the annoying popups) the network connections say my wireless adapter is the "Dell truemobile 1150 series wireless LAN mini PCI card" I have the discs for that driver, ran and installed, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Have you tried the latest driver?
You can grab it at support.dell.com You will need to enter a serial from the bottom of your laptop for the driver to show up.
