Question setting my default browser problem !!

i use Avant Browser as my main browser in windows but the other day for some strange reason only known to me and my stella artois filled saturday night brain, I set IE as the default and now i can't find the setting in Avant to change it back, I've even tried uninstalling the browser and reinstalling in the hope it would ask if i would like to set it as default but it wont.

Now everytime i click a link in my email client(microsoft outlook) it goes through IE instead of Avant. OR could this be a Outlook setting that i have missed/changed?

Check in Internet Properties if IE is your default.
In FireFox that setting is: Tools > Options > on Main tab there is an "Always check to see if FireFox is the default browser on startup"
I never used Avant, but maybe it's in similar place...
