Default Help with saving Powerpoint presentations as Gif files...

Hi

I have been creating animations with something called pivot recently, and when I save them as a GIF file, it is just one file, and I can drag it into the timeline (?) of windows movie maker and have a video ready.

When I try to save a powerpoint presentation as a Gif file though, when I try to drag it into the timeline, it saves as all the different slides... not just one. Anyone know of a way to stop this?

thanks in advance

I don't know of any programs for free, but you have 2 options.

Google for:
powerpoint presentation convert to animated gif

or

"multiple gif" convert to "animated gif"

Does it have to be an animated GIF? OpenOffice has the ability to convert powerpoint into Flash(SWF) It's a much better format, supporting more colors and better compression. However, it goes to the next slide by clicks...
