Default moving my favourites from ie to firefox

is it possible?

it should give you the option (when installing firefox), to import you ie settings, i dont know if it includes favorites and i dont know if you can do it any other time, but it might be worth a try.

Yeah, when I installed firefox it asked me if I wanted to import settings and favorites.

Ok, I just look at it, if you have already installed firefox, you can go to file then import.

thanks but it doesnt matter now i just spent over a hour going on all the sites and just bookmarking them in firefox :|

hahaha

all your IE favorites are saved in
C:\Documents and Settings\" users name "\Favorites
the users name would be the user you are loged on as such as
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Favorites
or
C:\Documents and Settings\Guest\Favorites
and so on


that is unless you tell IE to save them somewhere else

I think theres the option to do that when you instal or reinstal firfox.

but it doesnt matter now.
