Default Tv Tuner card

can i use this to record my games off the 360 or is it just for tv shows?

i was looking at this one HP Express Card Analog TV Tuner for Media Center Edition. i'm trying to find a way to record my gaming but still play on my tv instead of playing on my laptop. i need a tv tuner to record but i just haven't found if it would work for this. i'm not worried about video quality so thats not a problem, just need a solution

if that doesn't work you maybe could record your game through a vcr on a vhs then record the vcr tape from the tv tuner card? i've never used a tv tuner card but that makes sense to me but then again its 11 am and im very tired

Get some splitters so you can connect the plugs to both the tuner and TV at the same time.

Also, I know my old Radeon could show whatever video overlay that was being displayed on the TV. With some work, I managed to get it to show whatever the capture program displayed... Eh, that was a while ago though. I forgot exactly how I managed that
