A problem with Azureus

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with azureus and need some help.
The problem is that for some now reason when i begin to download something, instead of popping up a small screen from azureus asking conformation and destination, now pops up a small screen from opera saying something else and then opera downloads the movie via its transfers page instead of azureus. I have played around with the advanced options and preferences ( in both opera and azureus ) but without luck.
I recently had a program called ¨Hotkeys¨which during a clean up I de-installed and then the problems started, is this the reason?
Also I was thinking maybe to re-install azureus but as it was a friend who installed it the first time I´m not sure. Also will my downloaded movies disappear forever if i re-install.

Any help is greatly appreciated

try utorrent http://www.utorrent.com/
its miles betters than azureus it doesnt use much memory and it has more features and i just find it better so yeah install utorrent see if you still have the problem

or you could just right click the torrent and save the torrent file and then open it by going to add torrent (something along them lines) then just delete the torrent file when your finished downloading

I use uTorrent, i used to use Azureus and found uTorrent much much better!!!
