Default could an admin/mod or someone trustworthy

i basically need google ads adding to my site as i seem to be too thick to do this and also have some links on my site and need them tidying up. I have the google code btw just not sure what to do after

i ain't sure about all that mate, i used microsoft office live beta to build it
