Is there a way to use iTunes songs on anything but iTunes???

I want to use a song for a video but I can't seem to put it on the program

Also want to put music onto my cellphone but I can't put the songs on the program it came with --

While in it Itunes select the songs and drag and drop them to where you want them, that or copy and paste, either works.
