we disable the video/audio/dvd drivers, still get the STOP 1a memory_management error code
STOP 0X0000001A (0X00041790, 0XC0801716, 0X0000FFFF, 0X00000000)

i get this error about every 4 or so reboots, sometimes vista runs fine...

ddr2 voltage is at 1.8 default

anybody have any ideas what the heck is going on? mobo/video card/ram...
any help would be greatly appreciated
Could possibly be that you are running 4gb of ram on a 32 bit system. remove 2 modules to see if that fixes the problem. Also could be that your memory voltage needs to be changed to make the system stable. Not sure what else it could be but maybe bad memory?
