Dell 8100 won't Boot. PXE-E05 errow!! Anybody??

I have a Dell 8100...I can't boot. Just get a black screen with PXE-E05: The Lan adapter's configuration is corrupted or has not been initialized. The Boot Agent Cannot continue...I've been all over the Web..found some similar problems...On one site it said to hit F1 (as F2, F8 have no effect)...I did and got WinXP to load...AVG began a virus scan of the ntosknrl.exe and user.32 shell files....I let it scan and it came back clean. When I went to Run:msconfig/diagnostic, for Safe Mode to run the scan again, I'm back to the black dos screen with the PXE-E05 error......Anyone feel like helping with this????? Many Thanks in Advance!!!!!!

Try removing your LAN adapter and then booting. Then just reinstall the adapter.

unless its integrated into mobo?
