Default Looking to upgrade RAM, could use some suggestions.

Looking to upgrade RAM, could use some suggestions.

I got some spare cash laying around and figured I would put down a little on something to give my computer a little boost. My current system is Athlon 64 3000+, Gigabyte k8t800 motherboard, ATI radeon 9800pro.
I currently have 1GB PC3200 Jade Star Tech for my memory.

What would be some good investments to upgrade my memory, something enough that the effects will be notable. I play a lot of games, but also want to update it because I find my current system slows down a lot when I have multiple process open.

Thank you.

What do you mean suggestions for RAM?

There isnt much choice, just go on your favourite Computer Component selling website and get some

Make sure its compatiable with your Mother Board, depending on how much money you've got is to how much memory you can get

3200 would be the higher on DDR, you can't use DDR2 on a mobo that supports just DDR

No, they're like an agp video card and a pci-e card you can't fit each other on a mother board that doesn't support it :p
