Question Laptop wakes up?

I am running windows vista business on my dell inspiron 9400 laptop. However when i put it in sleep mode or hibernation mode it automatically wakes up at 4am every morning.

I have gone through the system management settings and have unticked the box that says "allow this device to wake up computer" however the problem is still ongoing.

Any1 have any suggestions?

Thanks
