Default what software

i have a movie about 890mb and i need to fit it on a CD-R. Note thzt i don't want to convert to dvd.
i want it to be vcd , any good software that can get the job done ?

i am currently using imtoo MPEG Encoder, it converts to vcd but the size is way BIG..lol...thanks for the link i'll check it out

the video i am gonna convert is 713mb in size and after i used that X video converter, the output file was 953mb, thats not good.
i have to cut it so i fits on a cd...
