FAX-ing

I use cox cable for my ISP. they have their own external modem(as you know if you're a subscriber) and I would like to send and receive fax's from a program on my com. Would this be possible? And if so, which program would I use to do this?

You could try Winfax fo software but you need a modem connected to the phone line, like the kind used for dialup internet.
