So recently my HP laptop has been acting retarded. Sometimes it wont boot up and sometimes it will. I usually turn it off and it wont boot up for a minute and i manually turn it off. Sometimes i have to do this so many times i give up. I did it for an hour today and it still didnt work. Then again I went to class 2 hours later and turned it on and it worked. Any solutions?
