Default Windows server 2003 Help Plz!!

I have a small company with 1 server running Windows 2003 Server and 5 clients. I installed a software called Dimond in my Server. Dimond is a software uses Oracele 10g database and its a software for our inventory, accounts, payroll and others.

Now I want to access the Dimond database in client machine with normal user rights. It is a domain enviornment.
But I am not able to access database with rights of domain user? It is working properly with Domain Admin rights.

Please Help me?

Thank you
