Default Flash not working at all......

I go to certain web sites (YouTube, RHCP site) and it says I have to download Flash. So I go tot he link, let ActiveX download it and then the flash logo spins and says Flash has been installed. Well I restarted like it said and it still doesn't work. I've done this twice.

Please help!

I have the same f$#%|@g problem with IE! Everything works just fine with Firefox and Netscape, but IE doesn't see my Flash installation. You're not alone, man.
