Is it worth mooving from 648 mbs of memory to 1 gig? Like will i see a difference in games and stuff?

It really depends on the rest of your system. RAM won't help your frame rates in games, but it might help loading times, and perhaps the occasional lag(if something can't load fast enough/your HD's being over worked)

what do you mean loading times, like loading a map before you enter a game?

Yeah, exactly! It'll get rid of lag in games, as long as your GPU is Ok too.
