Default WTB: Pentium D

I am looking to buy a cpu to tide me over till I get my core 2.

Looking to spend around 40$ Not really interested in the 805 due to low FSB. so 820 and up!

You may be better off with a low-end Pentium 4 or Celeron, if it's just to hold you over a bit. It will also make you appreciate the Core 2 Duo more
