View Single Post - some serious problems between my comp & connections

so EVERYTIME when i turn on my computer(ive had my comp for a few months now, really new and expensive) the screen have a signal, and i have some usb connected stuff which should light up, but dont. the only way to fix it is to restart it, or turning on the comp after the main power switch is turn off then back on.

1 more thing ive noticed lately, just last night, i had my comp turned off, but then i moved the mouse, it turned on again.... and i believe once i turned off the monitor while the comp was off, then the comp turned on... any ideas?? thanks.
